We’ve outlined our step-by-step process below so you can have a clear picture on timeframes for your vending machine installation.
Providing you with:
- Business (owner/manager/HR/office administrator) makes an enquiry to Provender by web, email or phone.
- We will get in touch with you the same day via a call or email to discuss the needs for your business so we can tailor a solution specific to you.
- We will email you our brochure and arrange a Provender team member to meet on your site with a proposal outlining your solution options.
- You and our Provender team member meet on your site to confirm confirm the most suitable machine, machine location, estimated install date, products and pricing.
- Your contract is emailed for you to sign and return.
- Machine preparation commences and your order is booked. It will usually take a period of 2-4 weeks until placement.
